NettetFor anyone frantically searching for an answer to fix this problem (that I just had to deal with): Take a flat head screwdriver and wedge it underneath the side where the strap is. Then push the joy con grip TOWARD the screw driver. I cannot guarantee that you won't damage your controller but I managed to do it without damaging mine. 3 level 1
