WebbI received two W-2s as I worked in different states for the same employer. One of the W-2s contains the Federal tax info while the other points to the first one for federal tax info. So the second W-2 is essentially going to be used just for state purposes. WebbI received two w2 forms from the employer PEO. The first has wages for NY and NJ in box 16 (NJ wages higher than NYC) and the second has a much lower number wage (sub 9k) for only NJ In box 16. Combined they equal more than the year to date that was in my last paycheck when I add both NJ wages. Anyone know why I got two different statements?
